When they find themselves guilt they whole hearted apologize for that, when someone does bad to them instead of wasting his time in taking revenge, they decide to forgive that person.

Positive attitude: - A leader should have positive attitude towards life rather than negative attitude which further leads to ego. Rather than saying “I know everything”, the leader should always ready to gain something new and constantly add up to his knowledge which helps him tackle every situation positively.

                                       

Command over various languages: - If a leader has command over various languages, he would eventually be able to have effective communication with lot more number of people. Of course it’s not a compulsion. If you have good command over even on one language. That would work for you.
