How to deal with haters

How to deal with haters?
Throughout our life, we came across so many people. Some of them like us, some doesn't people who don't like us or we call  them as haters act as constant source of strong distraction which hinders our progress, so in the article we let us discuss how to handle the person who don't like us for no obvious reasons

Firstly, you should know what might be the reason of their hate to us. A person can dislike you for following reasons.

Your past action
you might have done some action in the past unknowingly, which have badly hurt the person. Every person have a different perspective towards life so we can't know what might offend someone. Better be observant towards people whom you encounter on daily basis.

Everybody like you
strangely there exist some kind of humans who would not like you because everybody likes you. And there is absolutely no fault of yours.

Yours Qualities and talent
some people might hate you because you possess some Quality that they don't. So, they feel that by putting you down by publicly insulting you would eventually make them appear good than you.

Unpredictability
you do the actions which are unpredictability they want you to behave in a specific way or do things according to them and when you don't act in certain way they begin to hate you.

Best ways to deal with these people?

(A) If you're guilty
if you have done something knowingly or unknowingly which have badly hurt them than obviously it's your fault. Now to judge whether it is or not

          1. Ask your friends to help
discuss this issue with your friends and mutual with that person. Have I done something wrong? If they tell you the reason and you're satisfied with it, then personally say sorry to the person. If it's a misunderstanding. You should try and fix your matters.

          2. Ask the person directly
if your friends are not able to figure that out, you should approach the person directly, ask for the reason of their behavior towards you. If you are guilty than humbly say sorry and tell that you didn't do that intentionally.
That was just the matter of moment and can be fixed very easily. If that person do not forgive you then do not bother him again.

(B) If it's not your fault
If you haven’t done something wrong to the person and they still hate you. Then probably it’s their fault and not yours.

          1. IgnoreIgnore the person who hates you. Because you will only waste your energy if you fight back this type of persons carry negative energy with them and just talking to them may hinder your positive energies. Ignore them if possible.

          2. Don't argue
this kind of person are always mentally prepared to argue with you and are in search of change but you are not. Arguing with them is a waste of time and of no sense. If they want to understand than they will, not by your argument but by your silence.

          3. Focus on your goals
your haters are the only person who don't want you to succeed. So, rather than taking revenge on them just focus on your goals and consistently work to improve yourself the best answer to all their insults will be your massive success.

          4. Get mental support
if they constantly make you feel bad and this is adversely affecting your mental wellness. Then, share the problems with the person whom you trust and are close to you. Like your parents, siblings and close friends. They can mentally support you and you will feel much better.
