Almost all human beings lose their self-confidence at least once at a particular point in their life due to failures or some bad experiences. Now at this point those who are not able to refuel their confidence are likely to be a loser for the rest of their life. And those who somehow manages the situation to regain their confidence, succeed. This is neither very tough nor too easy job, but fortunately it’s not an impossible job.
Let’s discuss some of the ways by which you can regain your lost confidence

                                         

Analyze the root cause:-

Try to find out and analyze the cause of your fallen self-confidence. It may be departure of a loved once, bullying, failure in profession, letting down someone. Remember one thing that, you have to adjust with the inevitable, you cannot change the things which have gone wrong. You can only change your attitude towards that, once you changed your attitude, you can rebuild your confidence too.

Include exercise in daily routine:-

Doing exercise and yoga on a daily basis, helps to boost confidence and develop a strong personality. They are stress reliever with a lot of other health benefits. When you work on yourself and start caring for your health, you remain active and feel certain kind of energy. Others see you as a confident being.

Try new things:-

When you feel lack of confidence, focus on learning process. Learn and know about things which you feel exciting. And have thought to do many times. It could be learning a different language, Dancing, learning about a particular sport. When you will realize that you are something different than those of your age, you will leave all the regrets and will develop confidence. People around you may or may not appreciate you, it shouldn’t bother you. You will feel satisfied and blissful.

Sports spirit:-

Involvement in sports events and activities gives immense pleasure. Apart from recreation they also help to develop social skills like team work, coordination, helping others, how to deal with failures and so on. They help you connect with more people. When you will be connected with more people, you feel confident, also if you play as a professional you can even gain money.

Do not forget achievements:-

The best way to stay motivated and confident is reminding yourself of your achievements from time to time. Never let any recent failure let you down. Learn from the failure, know your worth, believe in yourself and move on with new energy. Nobody is born perfect. As you try new things you will success at some point and fail at the other. Celebrate the success, try for more, but never cry over the same failures again and again. When you keep record of your achievements, it motivates you, if you can do this, you can also do a lot more.

Speak up:-

There are few situations where one gets completely broken. In such hard times you cannot rebuild yourself on your own. You will need someone’s help. At this point feel free to approach your friends and close family members whom you trust the most. If there is no one whom you can trust there are experts, with them you can share your problems and thoughts and no doubt they will give you the best solutions. In this way too you can save your confidence from crushing or if it gets crushed you can regain it again.
