When I say how to become fearless I basically mean how to do any task after overcoming the fear which you posses. 

Fear plays a significant role in your growth and progress. It is nature’s way to keep us function well. Some people have no fear which hinder’s their progress. 

Example- If you don’t have fear of getting low grades, you won’t study and never gain knowledge. Few people have fear in excess quantity. 

Example- If you are good at singing but have stage fear, you won’t take part in your school/college function. 

And inspite of having talent you will never make it. In most of successful people there is a common quality which is they use their fear to achieve success. 

They use it for crossing their limits and capacity which is why they appear fearless to others. Below are mentioned ways which will help you to conquer your fear. 

So it can never work as a obstacle between you and your goals.

1. PRACTICE SPIRITUALITY-

It is an endless debate that whether God exist or not. 

But often we feel that there is certain energy which is running the entire world. In order to be fearful you must trust the process of almighty. 

You must believe in him wholeheartedly. If you have not done bad to someone by the rule of karma bad cannot happen to you. 

If you will increase your efficiency and capacity by working hard,be prepared to receive what you deserve and desire.

2. SPEAK THE TRUTH-

You will say how speaking truth is connected to becoming fearless, well there is a deep connection.

If you are lying to someone then you are constant fear that what will happen when the truth will come out. 

How the person will react? And so on. When you always speak the truth that gives you a kind of freedom. At least you are away from this one fear .You no longer have to plan your explanation’s.

3. FEAR IS NOT PERMANENT-

There are certain fears which are very minor. But  due to devoid of knowledge we visualize them as a hard mountain to climb. 

Remember, back in your early childhood, how much fear you had when you used to forget to do few sums given in home work or how fearful the situations used to get when you forgot to bring your notebook or assignment to school, and no does it even matter.  

The answer is probably no. So, there are a lot of fear which are temporary . And presently also if scares you just think for few minutes after 5 years from now would it even matter. 

If the answer is no then the thing is not worth it to hyper your nervous.

4. GIVE 100% IN PREPARATION-

 Keep your level of preparations high. Like if you are going to face any examination, participating in any sports competition or going to perform a presentation in office meeting , instead of fearing and worrying , prepare your level best. 

Prepare for the thing more than your capacity. And the day you are going to face it tell yourself that you done the best you could possibly do, and that was your limit. 

And you are ready to face whatsoever the situation is.

5. FEAR OR REGRET: CHOICE’S YOUR-

Many a times you don’t even make an attempt just because the fear of failure. But have you ever seen a winner who refused to make even an attempt. 

When you start something new or do anything which you haven’t done before there is chance of winning or losing. 

There are so many people who refuse to try just because fear of failure and regret for whole their life. 

So here you get a choice you can either put your fears aside or make a try or you can keep your fear with yourself and there is his best friend too which is regret.

6. THINK ABOUT THE END RESULT-

Sometimes if you are having fear or having no fear at all better think about the future.

6.1. If you are having no fear. Ex-If your examinations are near. 

And you waste your time instead of studying then, imagine yourself in examination hall, holding the question paper and not writing anything at cause you haven’t studied anything at all and all your classmates are feeling sheets. 

This will motivate you to study So you can use such motivation to do almost anything.

6.2. If you are having excess fear. Ex- you are interested in dancing .And your school/college annual fest are near. 

You want to take part but your fear is not letting you do that. Imagine what are the possibilities, you will either win or lose. 

If you won then big thumbs up. But if lost you will at least get famous in your school/college that you are good at dancing. In this way you can overcome excess of fear which is known as anxiety.
