What is sixth sense? How to develop the sixth sense?

Sixth sense is a person’s ability to sense the energies around them. The energy can be magnetic, electrical, spiritual or any other multi-dimensional universe. Simply we can also term it as a gut feeling or intuition. Despite not being an astrologer, you may feel that those things are taking place which you have fortold.

This is due to the sixth sense. Sixth sense is not something to be developed, it is already given to us by the almighty like the 5 other senses. It depends completely on us that either we are satisfied by living in 3-d world by making use of 5 senses or open a door to multi-dimension universe by making use of our precious sixth sense.

In present scenario the vibration coming out from the artificial intelligence tools makes it difficult to feel the energies of the universe but fortunately making use of sixth sense is not an impossible task. By putting a little effort anybody can build a strong sixth sense.

Here are the few things you can do by your side to enhance and make proper use of your sixth sense.

Meditation: - Including meditation practice in daily routine helps calm down the mind. All your stress, tension and negative thoughts are removed. You are able to focus on spiritual energies. Through meditation your body’s energy gets heightened. Meditation helps in regeneration of neurons in the brain. When the brain power is strengthened, it is able to collect all the hints which nature gives. So you can take decision on the basis of your intuition and gut feeling.

Observe: - Increase your observing power. Try to observe each and every particular thing in the surrounding you are. At first it may seem useless, but the fact is the almighty constantly try to connect with us through nature, but we often ignore his messages, which are highly significant for our survival and growth. So, if you don’t want to miss any other do that you will also have to work on the rest five senses because all information which our brain gets of the surrounding is possible just because of the rest five sense. Keep improving your 5 senses and the sixth sense will automatically come in play.

Thought and Dreams: - Keep a check on your thoughts and dreams. Whenever you are having any gut feeling, never underestimate them. If you are not sure about that then keep those intuition private but never ignore them. All the info. Which you get from nature gets stored in your sub-conscious mind.

All your dreams are made by your sub-conscious mind. Keep a track on your dreams too. Note your dream on a copy and try to figure out the messages. Although we forget most of our dreams but keep a track of whatever you remember.

Spend time in nature: - Take out some time from your busy schedule and spend some time in nature. Getting close to nature will create immense blissfulness and in addition to that your sixth sense will come in work. Play with your thoughts. Question the nature. Question your existence you will get the answer. Hear different sounds coming from the surrounding. Feel the nature you are in. Getting close to nature helps to enhance your gut feeling and intuition. Nature connects you to the almighty whose energy is higher than any other energy living or non-living.
